Timelines depend on the complexity and quantity of your order. Typically, small custom orders take 3–5 business days, while larger orders may require 1–2 weeks. We'll provide a specific timeline when you submit your request via WhatsApp.
We accept PNG, PDF, JPG, and AI files. For best results, ensure designs are high resolution (300 DPI or higher). If you have a design in another format, simply contact us and we'll advise on compatibility.
Yes! While we are based in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, we serve clients across South Africa. Delivery options and costs will be discussed at the time of your order. Many clients also collect directly from our West Acres headquarters.
